1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension of your Account and withholding of funds pending completion of the KYC process.

Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, or any Account registered with false age information, will be permanently closed and all associated funds will be subject to forfeiture in accordance with the Licence terms and applicable regulatory requirements.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the slots33 platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts without notice.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address;
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly in the event of any changes;
• Keep your login credentials — email address and password — strictly confidential;

slots33 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the obligations set out in this Section. Account sharing — the use of a single Account by multiple individuals — is prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the slots33 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your account status and applicable regulatory requirements.

Deposits: Deposit funds are credited to your slots33 Balance upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30. slots33 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

6 Bonuses & Promotions

slots33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotional benefits to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to Promotional Terms published alongside each offer at the time of its release. The following general conditions apply to all slots33 promotions:

• Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players only, subject to the specific eligibility criteria stated in each offer's Promotional Terms;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless otherwise stated;

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slots33 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or on behalf of a person under the age of 21;
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform or any game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform component for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage on the Sportsbook or in any casino game;
• Using funds derived from unlawful activity on the platform (money laundering);
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with any software component of the slots33 platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threats directed at slots33 staff or other users.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the slots33 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of slots33 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the slots33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any platform content for any commercial purpose;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on any platform content;
• Use any platform content in connection with any other website, application, or service.

Unauthorised use of slots33 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by slots33 and its licensors.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slots33, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect;

Nothing in these Terms shall limit slots33's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

10 Responsible Gaming

slots33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products on the platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits applicable across all product categories simultaneously;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of elapsed session time at intervals you choose;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block all access to the slots33 platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

slots33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation;
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request;
• Extended Account inactivity exceeding 24 months where the Balance is zero;
• At the request of the registered Account holder (voluntary closure).

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, slots33 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. In the event of voluntary closure or closure due to inactivity, any verified, withdrawable Balance will be returned to the registered payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slots33 holds its gaming Licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the slots33 platform shall first be referred to the slots33 support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of referral to the support team, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the licensing authority under which slots33 operates. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism shall be binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.

13 Amendments to These Terms

slots33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, slots33 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on record, a platform notification on login, or a notice published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the slots33 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
